What People Are Saying

“Sabrina operates at the intersection of creativity, innovation and purpose - pairing strategic vision with exceptional execution. She is thoughtful, principled and consistently ahead of the curve. She is a true leader with rare talent and immense potential. She’s launched complex initiatives with minimal support and limited resources - always delivering.”

— Hedvig Alexander, Powered by People - Canada

As an entrepreneur in the artisanal sector, I wanted to open a business (retail & B2B) in this space and knew I needed someone who understood it very well, especially in Latin America. The experience Sabrina brought to Estudio Arca was invaluable.

From day one she understood exactly what I needed and contributed her knowledge of the sector, its processes, and its artisans. That knowledge, extensive and deep, was key to sourcing and connecting with artisans and brands in Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia.

Her contribution went far beyond introductions. Sabrina built out the supplier CRM, developed a benchmarking study of local competitors, shared inspiration from stores in other cities and countries, and put together the logistics plan with freight agents and a pricing model built on her broad knowledge of international markets and the benchmarks studied earlier.

She also joined me at Expoartesano in Medellín, where she advised me on purchasing decisions and introduced me to artisans and brands she had relationships with. On her own initiative, Sabrina offered to travel to Oaxaca to source artisanal products directly and make introductions on behalf of Estudio Arca.

She's proactive, and when she disagreed with something she said so, becoming a decisive voice of conscience and experience at the most important moments of the project. Beyond being an excellent professional, Sabrina is a spectacular person, who values all her connections and loves what she does. Three months of continuous work were enough to leave Estudio Arca with very solid foundations, and I know our paths will cross again, since this artisanal world has a very close-knit community.
